How time flies. It felt that I have just celebrated the arrival of 2016 and now it's already the last month of 2016. There is no potential superstock found this week and this is the third consecutive weeks without any superstock sightings.

In the next two weeks, I will be overseas and not posting any superstock scan. The festive holiday weekends will be here right after I am back. With the post-trump bull run looking very exhausted right now it is highly likely that there will not be any potential superstock found till 2017.

It is a very quiet last quarter of 2016 in terms of superstock but I am still kept very busy with my trading. Last month I started to record and analyse my trades after Edgewonk released a new update that is usable for me again. On top of that I am studying Timothy Sykes' penny stock strategies and I am actually trading the new strategy live with a very small account.

Back from all the digression, the strong bull run from the financial sector that started since Trump got elected appears to have died down. We still see First Community Financial Partners (FCFP) and United Security Bancshares (UBFO) breaking out, but their fundamentals are too weak to be considered. The third and last of the US stocks that pass the technical scan is Trecora Resources (TREC) that too has poor fundamentals.

On the Singapore front, Hiap Tiong Corporation Ltd (SGX:5PO) looks promising with a strong breakout, two consecutive quarters of year on year EPS growth. Unfortunately there is no real catalyst that leads me to think that the growth can be sustained.
